nancyNancy Cushing-Jones is Creative Projects Group’s President of Publishing, Media & Branding. She provides new project development, translation of content from one medium to another, and a wide range of content editing/consulting and branding services to authors and publishers. She is also a partner at Broadthink and provides marketing strategies, merchandising and licensing plans, and new business strategies for a wide range of clients, including Mattel, Paramount Consumer Products Group, Participant Media, Penguin Random House, Scholastic Books, the author Dean Koontz and the actor John Lithgow.

Nancy was the first woman appointed division President at Universal Studios. She ran the Studio’s film and television-inspired book publishing programs. She was also Executive Vice President of Universal’s Consumer Products Group where she launched and ran oversaw Universal’s third–party videogame licensing business for twenty two years. She developed and sold hundreds of book and videogame programs inspired by every major Universal, Amblin and Imagine film and television series produced during her tenure. She worked directly with major directors and producers including Steven Spielberg, Ron Howard and Brian Grazer, and Michael Mann to develop brand appropriate programs for their projects.
